On your first visit to Highland Park Physical Medicine you will be welcomed in as a member of the family and our receptionist will be there to greet you with a warm smile. Then you will be asked to complete our required forms which will help us ascertain some information about you personally and your condition.

The Doctor will subsequently speak with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your symptoms and condition to better determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. If the Doctor can help you, he will advise you at this time. If the Doctor cannot help you, we will refer you to a doctor that will be able to help you the most. We will not do anything in our office without your consent.

After your thorough consult with the Doctor, you will then receive a complete chiropractic examination. This exam will include testing your ability to turn and bend, your reflexes, as well as several other standard orthopedic, postural, neurological and physical examinations. This will allow the doctor to gain valuable information about your condition and will give him a better understanding of how chiropractic will help you. If necessary, the doctor may have x-rays taken or refer you for additional procedures.

In order to get a full evaluation of the patient, sometimes x-ray is required. This is determined on a case by case basis. We have state-of-the-art imaging equipment.

The majority of our patients will begin to see results from the very first adjustment. Our serene yet highly effective alignment of the body procedure is interactive with the patient. It is able to help restore movement and function for the athlete and senior, while still being gentle enough for children.

Our office is a participant in many insurance programs and plans. We also accept worker’s compensation and auto accident lien cases.

After all information has been gathered and the necessary examinations completed, the doctor will give you a full report of findings as well as his recommendations for your treatment.
