Ideal Protein is NOT ony a diet, it's a lifestyle. The program teaches you throughout four phases, how to make healthier food choices and helps those choices become habit. Throughout the start of your IP journey, you will go from one definition of the word "diet" (a special course of food to which one restricts oneself, either to lose weight or for medical reasons) to the other definition of the word "diet" (the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats).
